Questions
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Pay by card with just the recipient's number, and you get a reference to track the order with. An account is free, and members pay less on most bundles.
How do I track an order?
Keep the reference from your receipt. The page you land on after paying shows the order, and the same page is reachable again from your email.
How does the wallet work?
You add money to your balance first, and each bundle is paid from it. Nothing is charged per order.
Why can't I order right now?
No delivery provider is connected yet, so an order would be taken without anything being sent. Buying stays paused until one is.
